June 11th 2nd Update

THANK YOU!  I know I had many of you praying for me today.  I have sensed the presence of God during my treatment.  Everything went smooth and I feel very good this evening.   We saw the Doctor for about an hour and then we started with fluids and nausea medicine for two hours and then the chemo was put in until about 4:30 PM.  The nausea medicine helped me to sleep most of the afternoon.

Tomorrow I will go back for two hours of fluids and then I start my 35 days of radiation.

It is simply eye awakening to take chemo and to be in the same room with several others who are fighting for their lives.  My wife is amazing as she is unafraid to go and talk with each patient.  She is a ray of sunshine for me and for all of the other patients.
